The big C word - my thoughts on this

From my professional experience working with cancer patients, I’ve seen again and again that cancer often has deep emotional roots. It’s not something we “catch” like a cold. When the immune system is strong it naturally corrects and repairs cells. But when inner conflict and emotional worry weaken us, the body can lose its ability to restore balance. Many people have come to me as a very last resort—after trying every medical treatment available. What I witnessed was that a lack of self-love, or even the belief that they didn’t truly want to live, often influenced the outcome. This is why it’s so important that each of us has a happiness effect in our lives—a big enough “why” to get up each morning. Without meaning or joy, we can slip into simply waiting for life to pass by. I encourage you to feel into what kind of medical care feels right for you. Today’s medical world often operates as an industry of prescriptions, so it’s vital to use both common sense and intuition in c...

You’re Screwing Up Your Relationship the Same Way You’re Screwing Up Your Business—And You Don’t Even Know It

Have you ever noticed a strange pattern…  your relationship is draining,  and your business feels stuck?  What if I told you it’s the same reason for both? Here’s how it shows up: 1️⃣ Submissive at home / overgiving in business You bend over backward to please your partner. You give too much to your clients  offering free sessions, saying yes when you should say no. Your body feels it: That heavy pit in your stomach, bloated from holding back your needs. Tightness across your chest, shallow breaths that make you anxious. Constipation from the stress of swallowing your boundaries day after day. Back aches from carrying everyone else’s weight while ignoring your own. Restless nights where alcohol, scrolling, or numbing behaviors barely take the edge off. Outcome : You get taken for granted in both areas, feeling exhausted, unappreciated, and emotionally drained. 2️⃣ Controlling at home / aggressive at work You push your knowledge on clients, insist everything goes ...

Here’s why your body never feels at peace—and why no amount of ‘relaxation’ seems to help.

Here’s why your body never feels at peace—and why no amount of ‘relaxation’ seems to help. These are the emotional imprints at work. This restlessness makes you misunderstand what your partner said and snap back at them or at your children.  It makes you impatient to listen to your child, telling them you have no time, only to regret it later.  Restlessness tells you that you’ve had enough of being provoked but the truth is, it’s your internal restlessness driving the fight. This state is not a good feeling.  It makes you criticize, fail to appreciate others, and miss acknowledging them as they are.  It makes you miss appointments, forget to schedule important events, and leave everything to the last minute, keeping you stressed.  Restlessness calls for more restlessness.  And here’s the double edge: while you hate it when others are restless, your own restlessness is felt by them.  People don’t like to be around you when you are in this state, ...
