How Your Inner Craving & Restlessness Affect the People Around You

🌿

THE FIVE MENTAL FORCES THAT PUSH PEOPLE AWAY

1.

CRAVING

  • You crave. You desire- financially, sensually & sexually
  • You pressure others to act.
  • People don’t like being pushed—so they pull away.
  • Your craving also pushes your dreams away.

🔄 Antidote:

Let go.

Be content with what you have.

Wish yourself well.

Trust the present moment.

2.

HATRED / ANGER / AGGRESSION

  • You express negativity through thoughts, tone, and criticism.
  • You hurt others emotionally, even physically.
  • You destroy their sense of worth—they slowly leave.

🔄 Antidote:

Accept life as it is.

Be kind to yourself.

Live with goodwill.

Let the present moment unfold.

3.

LETHARGY / GUILT / SADNESS

  • You carry heaviness.
  • Your procrastination, guilt, and sadness feel like a burden to others.
  • People leave because your heaviness drains them.

🔄 Antidote:

Make a light, timely effort.

Do what needs to be done—now.

Move gently but with intention.

4.

RESTLESSNESS

  • You feel inner tremors.
  • Agitation, fear, and impatience take over.
  • People avoid your intensity.

🔄 Antidote:

Sit. Breathe.

Observe the restlessness.

Let stillness rise.

Be someone people feel peace around.

5.

DOUBT / INDECISION

  • Your mind is clouded.
  • You can’t decide.
  • Others must decide for you—and then you resent them.

🔄 Antidote:

Regain faith.

Trust life as a gift.

Believe in the power of presence, stillness, and effort.

Know that the Universe guides those who commit.

🌟

TWO FOUNDATIONAL SHIFTS:

  1. Let go – Release control. Trust the Dhamma, the Universe, or God.
  2. Wish yourself well – Be content in your own skin. Appreciate the life you’ve been given.

🌱

THE RESULT:

When you stop pushing and start living…

When you become peaceful and present…

People return.

You reconnect.

You heal.

With loving kindness
